Map of Capital City

So as you can see there are a lot of key points and Division 10 is HELLA huge.

Important things to remember where Division 10 is was once part of the National Park of Port Angeles which was destroyed in the bombing that destroyed the town, there was no saving that section of the Park and so the government repurposed the land to build the agency.

The Stadium (the big brown circle in the middlish) is one of the last standing buildings or memories of Port Angeles. Because of it's design and build (well the one in my head anyway) I'd like to think all it would have sustained would be structural damage that would have been fixed during the city's reconstruction.

The small maroon dots are restaurants, yes there are at least 40+ throughout the city, this is due to the increased of tourism activity due to being "Spy Central" since Capital City is suspected of housing a spy agency that stands above all others foreign spies and agents are often "passing through" allowing business to flourish quite well in the town.

The White dots are all hotels owned by Division 10. With the agency's size you can understand why they would have so many building under their name. This was caused by the events surrounding Ami's parents' deaths. I'll go more into the policies (the important ones) in another post.

Another key place to keep in mind is Latitude 18 (later Latitude 13), this is Meko's restaurant, her first restaurant, she came to the city with Logan when he passed The Bar to become a lawyer and landed a job in Capital city. Latitude holds a special place for both of them because of the three friends Ami, Meko and Logan, Meko is the only one that managed to fulfil her childhood dream.

Aside from Latitude another important restaurant (diner whatever you wanna call it) is Beaches. Beaches located on, well, the beach front is under the agency's name but is privately owned. It's where the agent's go for a feed or to unwind after a long day. It's one of the few places outside the agency where agents can meet and talk openly without feeling completely paranoid. Beaches changes hands in the later series to be owned by Ollie after his bar The Hide Out in North Beach is destroyed in the Raven's Fall series.

North Beach is where in the later two books of this series Ami and Lake get trapped after meeting face to face alone and without back up. North Beach is controlled by the Double Aces gang and are being used to location and if possible kill the two of them. The Hide Out is owned by Ollie and becomes their sort of safe house during that time until it's untimely destruction in book four.

Two other places of importance are the safe house in the South Industrial Zone, and Lane's apartment. These two places are where Ami, Vince, Lane, Ollie, Logan and Meko spend a lot of time laying low and hiding form the Shadow Force before Lane's cover is blown and they are force to find a new safe house.

Harley's house is where they end up laying low and it's also where the start of the combined team (The Shadow Force and Ami and the others) begin to build their team bond. With Harley's departure in the second series the team decide to convert it into a meeting place outside the agency. This gives them a place to meet without watched over heard especially with the political power shifts within the agency in the later series. The group collectively decide to keep the house after Harley's family offer it to them to keep her memory alive and to honour her sacrifices both for them and her country.

Capital City Airport... I honestly can't remember if the airport was there to begin with (in real life) or not but it's a key feature to as it's where the agents often leave the country from and where Division 10's fleet of private planes are housed. Division 10 does come with it's own helipad but that is more for the domestic affairs agents when dealing with foreign agent situations within the city.

The West Suburbs, Crystal Heights and East Island are your rich neighbourhoods with Crystal heights being your heiress and millionaire neighbourhood. East Island is considered by the residents of the town to be the residential equivalent of Hollywood while Crystal Heights would be the walk of fame.
