Division 10 - A Spy's World

Division 10

Division 10 is the fiction intelligence agency and primary location and setting for a lot of the happenings in the series.

Located in Capital City, Washington, Division 10 was founded in December 2001 under the administration of George W. Bush.
Division 10's initiation came on the tail end of the 9/11 bombings, it's primary goal is to monitor, confine and eliminate terrorists and terror activities that threaten not just the United States of America about all countries of the world. Though based in America, Division 10 operates outside the constraints of the law and has jurisdiction across the world.

Division 10 was a novice idea proposed by then secretary of defence General Harold Whitefield and Head of Intelligence operations Kenneth Barks and would in just five short years become one of the leading governmental intelligence agencies of the United States of America and one of the worlds leading for most defence against all forms of terrorist activities including bombings, cyber attacks and targets personnel attacks.

Division 10 was built in the Port Angeles end of what was the nature reserve after the port and it's surrounding areas were destroyed in the 2001 terror attacks that saw the port town destroyed by large core explosives that killed hundreds.
Division 10 is hidden by a thick line of transplanted full grown trees and enhanced optical illusion technology creating the illusion that the wooded area it is located is nothing more than that. It's access road is monitored 24/7 and any who wonder into the area as treated to the strategically placed hazardous signs indicating the potential threat of radiation lingering from the attacks.

Division 10 works closely with other agencies around the world and harbours positive relationships with them to ensure their goal of keeping not just America about the world safe is achievable.

Aside from this Division 10 is a rather large agency with it's own medical center, training facilities and interrogation and holding cells. (don't ask me the square footage because I don't math.)

Below is a floor plan of the agency with key points marked including agent offices (often reserved for or given to the top agents of their departments)

After the end of the first series during the second the Shadow Wing goes through a remodel.

PS. Both the Shadow Wing and the main office are connected via the same access road however the Shadow Wing is like a turn off from that and through the gates at a guard tower, it's about a 10-15 minutes drive to and from both places.

PPS. Division 10 originally started as 2 buildings and grew into this.

PPPS. Also, this is all very very fictional.

PPPPS. Division 10's mother town, Capital City is often referred to as Spy Central as most all agencies of America has an office there as well as a number of embassies. It's also become known as a popular location for other foreign spies to frequent, however Division 10 remains unbreached to this day thanks to the advancements in Tech and some super genius brain power.
